Designed specifically for librarians, this workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to be resilient in a changing and/or disruptive environment. During this workshop you will:

  • Identify your core personal values and how they align with your organisation’s values. Identify skills needed to allow you to meet both, even if they are conflicting.
  • Identify tools that will give you the ability to negotiate and compromise with others who may have competing agendas.
  • Develop interpersonal communication skills to make meaningful connections in the workplace.
  • Develop skills and identify tools that will enable you to work effectively within a disruptive workplace.
